Casanova di Neri is the story of a family, for the staff too. Few examples can explain the relationship that links the owner and his staff: Luciano Terzuoli has worked on the estate since the beginning, in the role of head of staff, now occupied by his son Nicola; Giulio Barbagli, one of the youngest employees, had a great-grandfather who was a sharecropper on the farm bought by the Neri family, while his grandfather was an estate employee until he retired. He is joined in the cellar by two brothers: Ermanno and Edy Tiberi. Relationships and generations entwine at Casanova di Neri and help make every member of staff feel that the estate belongs to them. Office tasks are carried out passionately by Pierluigi, who is responsible for exports, and Gianluca, head of contacts with Italy. Luciana takes care of administration and accounts. Immense support in the creation of the wines over the years has come from Carlo Ferrini, expert oenologist and brotherly friend of Giacomo.
