EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The extra virgin olive oil of Casanova di Neri is obtained from about 35 acres of olive groves situated near the Cetine, Podernovo and Fiesole farms. It is made with Olivastre, Leccini and Correggioli varieties. The olives are harvested exclusively by hand and pressed within 24 hours to fully preserve all the organoleptic qualities. We are proud to boast that culture and quality enjoy an excellent local interpretation in our oil.
