«More than a Rosso, it’s a young Brunello»
The quality of our “Rosso di Montalcino” is decidedly high, thanks to meticulous checks on the grapes in the vineyard and growing attention in the cellar, where it spends about 12 months in wood. This enables us to speak of a “young Brunello” which, if left in the bottle for a few years, can offer great satisfaction. It is an important but easy to drink wine, thanks to the ease with which it can be served with food, making it suitable with all courses of a meal.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C, open an hour before serving.
Serving suggestions: cured meats, cheeses, pasta served with sauce and roasted red meats.
